We absolutely loved it here! The location right on the lake was breathtaking and we enjoyed kayaking at no extra charge. The room was spacious and had a great balcony with a stunning view. The pool was fantastic too! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. We also appreciated the free amenities like toiletries and electric kettle.

This hotel truly offers a tropical paradise experience. The location, right on the lake, provides breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms, especially the suites, are spacious and well-maintained, complete with a small kitchen and a patio for relaxation. The attention to detail, from the beautiful grounds to the refreshing pools, is evident throughout the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast served here is a delightful start to the day.

The hotel had a breathtaking location right on the lake. The gardens and lakeside promenade were stunning, and the pool area was fabulous. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant's breakfast was very nice.

The staff struggled with their English, which caused some communication issues. Tour services were primitive, and there was no directory in the room for facilities.

The service was great and the food was excellent. The low season price was a real steal. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Castillo San Felipe and Livingston. I highly recommend this hotel.
